We require full payment at time of service. For your convenience we accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and CareCredit
We accept cash and check at time of service, or you can put a credit card on file. If your horse is being boarded, services will not be performed unless payment has been arranged. A check or cash can be left with someone at the boarding facility, but it may be best-especially in an emergency situation-to keep a credit card or CareCredit number on file.
We accept cash and check at time of service, monthly billing, or a credit card number can be applied to your account and billed the 10th of every month.
There is a $25 fee for insufficient funds or returned checks.
Appointment Policies
We see patients by appointment only. If you have an emergency situation, please call to inform us that you are on your way so we can be prepared for your arrival. Emergencies take priority over scheduled appointments.
When you arrive for you appointment we ask that you have your animal under control at all times. Dogs must be on a leash or in a carrier, and we ask that cats be in a carrier.
Return Policies
No unwanted products or medications, even if unopened, can be returned. We wish to ensure that any product you purchase from us is unused and untampered with. Defective product may be exchanged. If you have items that you no longer want or need, we suggest contacting local shelters or animal rescue organizations to see if they can make use of them.
Science Diet Prescription pet foods are guaranteed by the company. If your pet refuses to eat the food you may return it to us for a full refund.
